How to prepare Seekh Kabab Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Total Time: 30 Mins
  • Preparation Time: 20 Mins
    • 500 gms Mutton Mince(Keema)
    • 3/4 tsp Garam Masala
    • 1 tsp Garlic (Lasun) paste
    • 1 tblsp Raw Papaya Paste
    • 1 tsp Ginger (Adrak) Paste
    • 2 tblsp Cashewnut (Kaju)
    • 2 tsp thick Cream (Malai)
    • 2 Onion (Pyaj)
    • 2 tbsp Carom Seeds / Thyme (Ajwain)
    • 2 tbsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchoor)
    • 2 tbsp Rock Salt (Kala Namak)
    • 3 tbsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
    • 1 tbsp Dry Ginger (Saunth)
    • 1 tbsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
    • 1/2 tbsp Nutmeg Powder(Jaiphal)
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    • Wash the mutton keema and put it in strainer and gently press in order to squeeze out all water
    • Mix all the ingredients list in Keema and knead well and Keep aside for about one hour
    • Heat gas oven or electric oven with skewers.
    • Take a big ball of keema mixture and hold it on to hot skewer carefully in other the hand
    • Press the mince on hot skewer.
    • Keema will immediately stick to the hot skewer.
    • Repeat the left over mince on all over the skewers
    • Just Place the skewers in the oven.
    • Keep on rotating skewers occasionally
    • Gently remove the kebabs from skewers with napkin when cooked.
    • On a non-stick pans shallow fry the kebabs with 1 tbsp oil.
    • Before serving sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice on the kababs.
