How to prepare Fish Fingers Fry

INGREDIENTS

    • Vanjaram Fish fingers
    • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
    • Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    • Cumin powder: 1/2 tbsp
    • Coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
    • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
    • Lemon juice: 1/2
    • Egg: 1
    • All purpose flour: 1 tbsp
    • Salt: As required
    • Pepper powder: 1 tbsp
    • bread crumbs
    • oil for frying
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    • You can get fresh Vanjaram Fish fingers from online without bone.
    • In order to season add masala pinch turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 egg, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 tbsp all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
    • Coat the fish pieces with bread crumbs and gently press it with hands to hold up bread crumbs well.
    • Fry the coated fish pieces in oil until its golden brown on all sides. Oil must be in a medium heat in order to prevent burning bread crumbs to get best fish finger.
