How to prepare Chicken Cutlet

INGREDIENTS

  • Total Time: 30 mins
  • Preparation Time: 20 mins
    • Minced Chicken: 250 gms
    • Chopped onion: 1/2 cup
    • Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tbsp
    • Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
    • Salt for taste
    • Maida (all purpose Flour): 3 tbsp
    • Rice flour: 1/2 tbsp
    • Corn Flour: 1/2 tbsp
    • Chopped coriander: 1 tbsp
    • Bread crumbs for coating
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    • Just mix together all the ingredients (except bread crumbs) in a bowl and knead it well.
    • Keep it separate for about 30 mins. Make small balls of batter.
    • Heat oil into a Kadai. Take small ball and form a disc like shape. Use bread crumbs for coating it completely and fry it up in oil until it becomes golden brown.
    • Fry the remaining cutlets and serve hot with tomato chilli sauce.
