How to prepare Afghani Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 15-20 mins
  • Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
    • Chicken: 500 gms
    • Curd: 1 cup
    • Pepper powder Coarsely ground : 1 tbsp
    • Chat Powder /masala: 1/2 tbsp
    • Salt To taste
    • Garam masala powder : 1/2 tbsp
    • Cumin powder : 1/4 tbsp
    • Ginger-Garlic paste : 2 tbsp
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    • Clean and wash chicken well. Take chicken into a bowl, apply ginger garlic paste, curd, garam masala, cumin powder, chat powder, pepper powder and salt.
    • Mix it well and keep it separate for about 3 to 4 hours. This step is so called as marinate. Grill it in tandoor until chicken cooked properly.
    • Serve hot chicken Afghani with spicy sauce , lemon and green Chutney.
