How To Cook Tandoori Pomfret

INGREDIENTS

  • Total Time: 1 hr 5 Mins
  • Preparation Time: 45 Mins
    • Powdered turmeric:1/4 tbsp
    • garam masala powder: 1 tbsp
    • 1/2 cup hung curd.
    • mustard oil: 4 tbsp
    • ginger paste: 1/2 tbsp
    • black pomfret fish: 8
    • 2 tbsp powdered red chili.
    • 1 tbsp roasted besan flour.
    • 3 tbsp salt.
    • 2 tbsp juice of 1 lemon.
    • 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    • Trim tails and many other fish wastes. Wash it well.
    • In the cleaned fish just make an incision . Keep it separate.
    • Add all ingredients in bowl. Add yogurt and besan for thick paste.
    • Apply the marination on both sides.
    • Keep in fridge for 30 mins.
    • Preheat your oven for 356 Degree Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius).
    • Grease up the pan with oil. Place up the fish on grill rack and cook it for about 15 to 20 mins which becomes golden brown.
    • Serve up the cooked fish with onion rings and lemon.
